The initial consultation lasts 75 minutes and together we’ll discuss your in depth health history, current health concerns & challenges. We will create a comprehensive plan tailored to you and your goals.

Follow ups are 45 minutes together where we discuss your progress and any new concerns. This is our time to reflect on what’s working and what strategies can be introduced or adjusted. For exisiting clients seen in the last 6 months.
